Markets for pest control using falconry? CA OR

Admitted markets for falconry-based bird abatement and wildlife control--CA OR WA NV--any suggestions? Although the SIC is pest-control, my client doesn't work with chemicals or crawl under houses. He scares pest birds away with falcons and traps skunks.
