WA Restaurant / B&B in Historic home

I'm working with a good friend that owns and operates a very nice, upscale restaurant with a 3-room B&B as part of the business. Washington state. Besides the full-time restaurant they do weddings, reunions, etc... The catch is that the place is on the historic registery. It has been updated, plumbing, electric, kitchen, and ADA, but my preferred carriers are looking for newer buildings, etc. Any ideas?

I work in a Nonadmitted or Surplus Line environment and could underwrite that risk for you. Let me know if you are interested.
