Historic homes-districts

Post by Companyman »

I am inquiring on the availabilty of carriers that would be a good place to market homes that are on a national/state/local registry and/or located within a recognized district. I have read all of the variables that go into the registration and many of the reconstruction requirements that surround these designations.

Knowing what is required and the specialized/hard to replace features, is this something that the "standard" market should entertain or should I be looking to niche and specialized carriers?

Thanks for any feedback..

Hello.
Anderson & Murison has one admitted carrier that will consider these risks with either an HO8 or DP1 policy. We also have one non admitted carrier that will review these risk for an HO3 or DP3.

Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.
