I am inquiring on the availabilty of carriers that would be a good place to market homes that are on a national/state/local registry and/or located within a recognized district. I have read all of the variables that go into the registration and many of the reconstruction requirements that surround these designations.
Knowing what is required and the specialized/hard to replace features, is this something that the "standard" market should entertain or should I be looking to niche and specialized carriers?
Thanks for any feedback..
