Anyone with thoughts on good markets for Kentucky Daycare? Getting some good vibes regarding Philadelphia. All input will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in CA, however, I can tell you Philadelphia is the way to go!

In addition to Philadelphia: Markel, Capitol Indemnity, and West Bend. All have very good programs for Day Care.

Do you work with a California office of PHLY? The Bell Endorsement, along with their Deluxe Liability and Elite Property endorsements for child care centers definitely add a lot to their policy coverage. FIG has begun writing child care thru Truck and Mid-Century (they also still have the older Zurich product), but their policy limits don't compare to the PHLY product. Do you use anyone else?
