A Canadian Couple is being transferred to Boston. They sell their house in Montreal but are keeping a vacant lot in rural British Columbia for future vacation home plans. There is a septic tank installed on the property but nothing is attached. There is no structure. How can liability coverage either be extended from the HO-3 or purchased seperately?
