Folks, event though you may possibly be in a position to place this direct. I urge you to review terms with what the E&S Arena can offer in addition to direct placement. There are many nuances, exclusions, options that exist outside of an admitted program.

All I have to say...is...P-I-A!!!

And to echo "Adame526"...PIA likely works with E&S brokers...

Hi Gail -

Suggest Arrowhead GA in So Cal. They can probably do much better for you than you can for yourselves. The commission on this is small enough to be irrelevant and they have access to many markets, have buying power, and know their stuff.

According to the website, it does not appear coverage in California is offered.

That is just for the "Cadillac" Utica policy...they have other markets though.

Can I ask the need to go direct? Are you looking to get commission on your own E&O? Not wise. You are then acting as both the insured and the agent on the placement. If the placement gets screwed up their is no one to sue. Much like a lawyer would not represent themselves in court. For the few dollars you might save it is not worth it.

If you are with Lloyds , Maxum or Markel you can most likely save some money and get coverage with an Admitted carrier.
