CA Work Comp for Recycling Collection Center

Hello,

Does anyone have a WC market for a small recycling collection center. There is one employee with 21,000 in payroll.
Tower and Chartis have been approached but the minimum premium were $7,500 +.

Please advise if you have a market.

USG Broker they will use am trust i just insured one
