Pizza W/ delivery WC in CA

I need to know what carriers write pizza Wc with more than 10% delivery exposure. Our current carrier wont write it as it is not a franchise. Any help is appreciated. (this to small and clean for a PEO)

State Fund is most likely your best bet...however Granite States might also be a player but a carrier is going to want some premium for that kind of exposure.
