HELP, need kiddie ride/amusement market for new Franchise

Post by aney »

Hello, I have a risk in CA. that has developed from the ground up a childrens train for use for birthday parties on a per hour rental basis. The train and enclosed trailer which will house the train to be transported with driver to the party will be sold as a franchise. The applicant currently has 104 commitment letters for a train purchase throughout the USA.
I am seeking a market for a program specifically for this type of risk, any help in a referal would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for GL, Auto Liability at this time to offer to those purchasing franchise. Would need to be multi state carrier.
The applicant has developed a very strong business plan for the franchisee.

Nautilus Ins will write this. I quoted a risk just like that. I'm also sure that Nautilus can be accessed in various states through General Agents for those states. Any GA with Nautilus should be able to write it.

Thanks for your help, Rob. With you being rather close in proximity, do you know of any GA's that offer Nautalis?

Try K&K http://www.kandkinsurance.com/
and Markel http://www.markelinsurance.com/

Who is the mfg of this product? If your insured is then you really should also be looking at products coverage as well.

Good Luck....

Many GA's have access to Nautilus. You can try Gus at Hull & Company at 209-474-9100. Bliss & Glennon at 800-729-3654.
