New Insurance Career

Looking at making a move to Zurich formerly Empire Fire and Marine to their direct side market RV, Auto dealers and Rental agencies. Any experience or thoughts?

Do you have any GL & property experience ????
If you do, I am sure your aware that It's not Zurich your dealing with, it's one of their contracted MGA's. It's extremely difficult to get appointed with Zurich direct, if your doing med to large accounts.

Are you sure? I have not been told of any MGA here. Used to be Empire and now they use Zurich. This appears to be a direct sales force catering to Ind. auto dealers, auto dealers and rental agencies.

Empire fire and Marine Ins. We used them from time to time for wrap around coverage and large Contractors. They are an MGA for many carriers and are still in business. Zurich is Zurich Insurance. You can not get appointed with Zurich Direct unless your doing 500,000 annually. We are appointed with them. Please go deeper in there webb site you will see who the Different carriers are for specific programs. FYI, Auto body repair program is through one of Zurich contracted MGA's known as Universal ins. You can not submit any auto body apps to Zurich Ins program or their BOP. You have to become appoint with Universal. This is what your thinking of doing. Do you have any large commercial Insurance ???
