If it's a limited-service franchised hotel or motel, we can assist you with the umbrella. You can visit www.hotelexcess.com for more information. And, we have some thoughts on the underlying markets as well. Or, you can call us at 609-818-9534.

Sureproducts Insurance Agency is a GA for State National. Their phone number is 831-646-6966. Ask for Ernie Weilenmann. Also, although Sequoia was sold to Amtrust, we received a letter that there is no change in underwriting. So they should still have their program also.

You should look at Consolidated Agency Partners (CAP), obviously it all depends on the specifics of the risk, but they help their members place a wide range of accounts.

I suggest checking out Zurich's Hotels and Motels Program on ZProgramsMatch: http://www.zprogramsmatch.com/Program.a ... sandMotels

At the link above you can research program details and contact the Program Administrator to set you up with coverage if there is a fit.

I do hotel/motel/condo/apartments all day long, even with CAT exposure. If you are still in need of assistance, give me a call to discuss. If you have the relationship with the applicant, we should talk.
