I have a risk that I am looking for some GL coverage for. Here is the risk:
The insured will be taking custodial posession of a one to two month old infant child from a surrogate mother. The parents live in another country and will be taking posesion of the infant child in their country at the airport. My insured is looking for GL coverage from the airport in America to the airport in another country. The coverage needs to cover the travel liability while on the airplane from one point to another.
I hope this risk makes sense and I hope I can help this client find coverage they need. Thank you in advance.
How would you insure this risk? Overseas traveling
