Commercial Use of Motorcycles

Trying to find a carrier that will write a Harley Hearse. Can get comp/coll & GL but no luck so far on BI/PD. Any suggestions?
I had similar problem (I'm in CA) and couldn't find a market to write. Progressive doesn't and none of the standard auto carriers will.
If not registered or ridden on street, we could insure under inland marine and then by the GL for trade shows (which is where mostly used), but if registered and ridden, no go.
If you find anything, can you post back, as this is still an open issue.
