Need WC for Gen Contractor in CA w/ lapse

Hi,

Does anyone know of a WC Market for a CA- General Contractor with a lapse.
Here are the deets:

Currently lapsed since September
Xmod: 168
EAP: $125,000
State Fund is not an option

Will consider PEO's. Looking to place ASAP.
