Temp Agency in NC

Hey all, anyone know of a market in NC that's not a PEO willing to consider a Temp agency that does 8292 5190 5183 5537 and a little 8810? 1 year in bus. no losses. 2mm+ in payroll. Yep, they refuse to give up the payroll to go PEO.

I have a staffing market that would consider. With staffing and PEO they are their to enhance the clients payroll services. If your client is open to a discussion we are willing to have a conference prior to any movement on applications etc.
If they are a new business with no comp history and active with employees now, choices are very slim.
