What is your experience as to the best way to complete Para 7 dealing with 'contacting three admitted carriers', especially if you have no appointments with admitted carriers from whom to get declineations.
How/where does one contact those who devised the form to determine what verbiage is/is not acceptable.

If you are writing with non-admitted carriers, it is likely that you are submitting risks to a surplus lines broker. Many surplus lines brokers can assist you with filling out the SL-2's. Some will even complete one on your behalf which means you don't have to fill one out yourself.
