Ca. mobile operations market for Work Comp

Good day all,
I am needing a market to replace Markel on a work comp policy for a mobile paint less dent removal operation in Cali.
No losses, $70,000 payroll. PEO is not an option, any other suggestions will be appreciated.

The State Fund is probably your best option

Farmers will do that. I have two others risks insured with them right now like that.
