Calif - Need Permissive usr & driving of hired/non-own autos

I own a car concierge service. The valets drive the cars of our clients from point A to point B.

I hope this is the right place where to post the request.

Where can I find a carrier that provides:
  • 1. Occasional and permissive use on existing auto policy and,
    2. Coverage of the driving of hired and non-owned automobiles policy
