Trying to provide CGL, WC, and other coverage for new business. Company will plant, nurture, & harvest gardens atop the buildings of companies that they've contracted with to allow them to use their space.
There are quite a few potential risks involved, and the fact that it is truly farming in an urban area.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help!

Hey Adam,
I dont believe I can help you in the DC. I wrote this article that is particularly benefecial when trying to underwrite a start-up company. If you can get inside the mind of an underwriter, you will be much more likely to help the submission for this company get approved. Let me know if you have any questions!
