Electronic signature tips?
Does anyone have experience with electronic signatures? Do you feel that it improves your customer relationship? Interested in integrating... but wanted some feedback. What software would you recommend?

I am a fan of Docusign. It works well for my agency. My customers like it as well. You get a 20% discount from IIABA.
