Condo with water claim--Need Help finding Market!
I need assistance finding a market for an HO-6 policy. The condo has a water claim from 2014 for $32,000. the claim is closed and he has repipped the home. He only needs walls-in, as the HOA covers the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

What state is the risk located in? Did the Master pick up any of that claim or was it entirely paid by the HO-6 carrier?
