Annual Event Policy in CA

My clients leases out a portion of their business space for events which can hold up to 100 people. The space is intended to be used for meeting/conferences. He wants me to find a policy that would provide GL cover for him and included the exhibitors - without to require the exhibitors to secure an event policy.

I am not sure what to do with this. If anyone can write this risk please email me an app and MP for the class.
