Vacation rental needs 1mill GL in CA

I'm looking to place a vacation rental (HO6) in CA. This property is managed by a property manager that requires 1 mill in liability AND they want to be added as AI.
Here are the roadblocks..
-Vacation rental
-1 mill in liability
-Property Mgr wants to be AI
Some markets I approached will take one or the other but not all. They've had no losses, not vacant for more than 3 weeks out of the year, umbrella won't be accepted. Where do you go?
