Deposit Insurance for a Cannabis Credit Union in CA

Hello: my client is looking to set up a credit union in California for the cannabis industry. The major issue has been to insure the the deposit. The FDIC will not insure the deposits. Can anyone find a carrier which can be a substitute for FDIC.
