Zurich Small Business

Does anyone here deal with Zurich Small Business? We have a small book with them. Right now, there is no underwriter to contact, no marketing rep, and I called the 800 number in Jacksonville with a question for one of my customers. The message says you will be contacted within a half hour. 3 hours later, nothing. What's up with them????
