Best designation for CSR?

What education/designation should I pursue to increase my value to my agency and therefore increase my salary? I am a licensed P&C commercial CSR in a small independent agency. No college degree. I may need to pay for this education myself since in the four years I have been with my agency the only education they have offered to pay for is the life/health license, which is great but since I am working commercial accounts I don’t have the access to the personal lines customers.

I would go for the ACSR with IIAT. Not sure what area you are in, but you might also look into joining a local NAIW group. They have scholarships available for members that could help you with getting this education.
