Ivans problem with National General

I have just talked to National General for a second time. A little over a month ago National General started adding a policy term number onto the end of the policy number when they do IVANs downloads. The separate IVANs download, with the policy information, does NOT have the extra 2 digests. This is causing my QQ agency management program to not match the commission reports up so the reports do not download at all. QQ agency management company says I can either go in and manually change the policy number on ALL the individual Nation General client accounts every 6 months or have National General reprocess their downloads to leaving off the 2 digit term...
***Is anyone else having a issue with their Integon/National General IVANs commission downloads?
If you have had an issue have you called national General (877-468-3466) and reported it?
What did they say to you?
Do you have a ticket number you would share with me?
My ticket number is 10022979.
The National General specialist is assuring me they have only had two calls and they interpreted the calls to say it was an issue but not a problem...
