One question for today:

Do you maintain "leads" or "prospects" in the same database as active clients?

My agency uses Allied/Doris software. It has the ability to add named insureds in client, prospect, or all, buckets. And is easy to move a risk from one to another, example when a company goes out of business, etc.

Thanks. So, your answer is that you do use the SAME management system to manage clients AND prospects. Is that right? Do you maintain ANY other database to store/use/manage prospects for any reason?

Yes I use the same system for all accounts, which has capability of making notes, accounting, etc. Full disclosure though I also keep folders on all accounts that are active which would include emails from customers, underwriting, etc.
