Do any of you guys/gals know of a young, agressive, "presentable", hungry, minimally experienced personal lines individual with some FSC experience, with or without license, preferably without a book, that would:
Want to market to affiliate businesses to grow personal lines business;
Want a base salary/draw until licensed or another compensation arrangement could be made based upon results;
Wants the stability of a 45 year old employer;
Wants the potential of major medical paid 100% ;
Wants Company sponsored 401k with matching;
Wants to work in and mostly outside an office;
Wants to join a growing team where the average employee has been with the company for over 6 years with 30% of employees over 10 years;
Be provided with professional marketing materials to deliver;
Be provided with the most reputable products available;
Have a spotless company reputation preceeding them;
AND have no limitation upon annual income via marketing numerous different products to several different affiliate businesses;
