Question On Agency Salary Survey

Hi all, I just downloaded the Agency Salary Survey yesterday and was curious if anyone knew, does the average compensation shown include just the base salary, or total comp including commissions, health insurance benefits, cars, cell phones, etc.? For example, $126,674 for a manager with 11-20 years experience, is that just the base salary not including any commissions they may receive for new and renewal business, or is that everything? Any insight would be helpful, thanks!
