Non Resident License for California

Slightly random request. I am looking for an Agent that holds a current Non Resident License for the State of California. I am working with a Nevada agency that has a rep in CA. However, their rep is a CA Resident. The CA DOI requires a Non Resident License to complete the approval process. A bit of a head scratcher...
