Westfield Insurance. Has anyone else having problems with Underwriting, Billing, just plain customer service. Seems you can't get anyone to do anything at that carrier anymore. Quotes sit on the UW desk for weeks and endorsements taking months to fix. Billing has no clue what a customer owes and always sending out cancel notices to our management system when the account is paid in full or on ACH.
