One of my clients is a contractor with several subcontractors.

Keeping up with all the certificates of insurance on their subcontractors (both TX & from other states) and it is an administrative nightmare for them. They've asked me if we know of any software they could use that would be helpful. Any ideas/suggestions?

Have you tried ecertsonline.com? We've been using it for over four years and it has saved us and our clients valuable time. It's easy to use and you can upload your own carrier's endorsements. The program saves all your information and just needs to be updated at renewal. We don't know what we would do without it.
