Sub Agents

Seeking information on sub-agents; current agency in looking into acquiring producers in other parts of the state (Michigan). Trying to determine how to best structure the deal; hire as a producer, independent contractor or solicitor or some other arrangement. Are any agencies using one method over another? Any tips would be appreciated.

Go to your local colleges. Talk to Business and MArketing Departments. Offer up Internships. In exchange, offer to lecture to the Business and Marketing Classes.

Offer them Renewals upon Full Time Conversion. They usually do not stick around after Graduation so you end up with all the renewals.

Target Juniors and Seniors. Female Tele marketers have the best results.
