Although new, the company has a staff of licensed bilingual claims investigators with over 20 years experience handling all lines of insurance claims. In addition, the company has teamed up with the firm of R.F. Warner & Associates, a leading private investigative agency in the Southeast for over 24 years.
As the Hispanic population has continued to rise in huge numbers, so has the need to service these insurance claims. While some companies have hired bilingual representatives, we specialize in conducting face to face recorded statements, witness interviews, neighborhood canvassing for information relative to claims, and all other facets of insurance investigations out in the field.
We feel that we are able to bridge the gap that exist due to language barriers. Most insurance companies are vending out Hispanic claims investigations to private investigative agencies that do not have licensed and trained Hispanic claims investigators. The PI agencies then hire Spanish translators to translate. Insurance companies are paying for the investigator fees as well as the translator fees. In addition, the translator does not necessarily understand insurance claims or investigations and therefore the work product in not to it's fullest potential. We feel that not only will we save the insurance company thousands of dollars but we will also assist the Hispanic community by properly reporting all facts on their claims in order to help expedite the processes that in times past were held up due to language barriers.
