Does anyone know if the State of Florida allows a wholesale broker to put a broker fee on an admitted commercial quote (fully disclosed on quote) and then pass all the commission to the retail agent? I've looked on the Florida Statues Online and the Insurance Section doesn't appear to mention anything.
If anyone could provide some insight it would be much appreciated.
