Reporting bankruptcy to employer in Texas? In the state of Texas, is it required that an individual report a bankruptcy to their employer? Furthermore, if it is a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, based on income, would the courts or anyone contact the employer to confirm any salary information provided in determining the payment schedule?
