1. I would like to know what are Overrides?
I have seen them in Auto (commercial and personal as well) and Property and other LOBs.

2. How can an Insurance company can get the rate changes, Form changes and other updates from either the ISO or from the IIA.
I mean in which way?

3. What is co-insurance?
