4. What additional services do you offer?

5. How much of profit sharing is distributed to back to the agency members?
6. What carriers do you represent?
7. Will your agency get your own code or will you work off a master code?
8. Will your commissions come from the master agency or will they come from the carrier?
9. Will the master agency become a partners or has any ownership of your agency?
10. Are there any stipulations if you leave the group, is there an exit fee or requirements where you must sell to the group?
