They are an insurance company. See www.ambest.com for rating, etc.
Its possible that they might front for a risk retention group but as RRG's are limited vehicles its unlikely.
Its more likely that they would issue for a risk purchasing group.
Last, USIC writes through MGA's. To find out the details on any situation involving USIC you must determine the MGA and then proceed to ask questions of them rather than USIC.
