Start your own P&C Bokerage. Anyone see any ads like this?

.......

I've seen many opportunities to become a captive agent. However, I would prefer to open my own office as a broker.

Can anyone refer me to a Brokerage that will allow me to open my own 'franchise' office. I do not have enough experience to become an indeendent agent or broker on my own because I can not get the appointments. Thanks in advance for any help.

Most california brokers and companies frawn upon sub-brokering and may black list you. Plus most sub-brokering deals will just make it take longer to become independent. Plus more than likely they will keep the book you have worked hard to create.
