I need a cheap and accurate service that can provide information on property. Where it located(flood, earthquake, wind zones.), fire dating of district, protection class,...etc.

What are you guys using and how much is it costing you?

Wow, in CA., all carriers supply that information. Most have some type of appetite list. Most have a hazard and mapping system or satellite.
1) American banker on-line FLOOD
2) Geovera on-line EARTHQUAKE
3) FSC rater will give you the rest, but their not cheap.
4) JE Brown on-line will work too, instead of FSC.
Dam I'm good :P I should start a business. This is all free above
