Insurability Of Property

A commercial property is held 50% in a trust and 50% interest held by an individual, who is also the trustee.

On behalf of a law firm, I am looking for comment from anyone who had actual involvement with insuring property under this type of ownership, and who would be available to testify in a NY court early April regarding the insurable interest of the trust and the individual.
