Looking for a little feedback... I'm currently an ouside advertising sales AE. I'm being recruited by an established private insurance company to learn and sell P&C commercial lines. Any thoughts on this as far as a career move? I know there is a 3-5 year ramp up period. I'm looking for 100k/yr + potential after that.
