Depends what you are looking for and what carriers you want to access. The ones you mentioned are all internet based wholesalers. If you are looking for one you can call, ask questions of and have a "name" to work with, check out your local GA's
That's true and it depends on the type of risk and what state you are in. I've had success with GJ Sullivan in AZ and they are in CA too. It also depends on whether you are looking for the best price, best service etc. Responsiveness is important.
