Any Good Preset Appointments?

Our company has used a few lead services, and a couple of preset appointment services. Nothing that I would reccommend.
Does anyone know of any preset appointment companies for annuities, LTC, med sups, life, health ins that do a good job?

Also, has anyone worked with any of these companies?
