Does anyone have information to detailed descriptions of classifications for California Workers Compensation Class Codes (SCOPES or similar)?

I'm looking for details on class codes:
9015 - Building operations
9009 - Building operations
9008 - Building maintenance

I have several different underwriters wanting to use different codes and the descriptions I've seen are similar, but the base rates are way different.

9008: Janitorial Services - By Contractors
9009: Building Operation - Commercial Properties - All Other Employees
9015: Building Operation--N.O.C.--All Other Employees--Including Resident Or On-Site Managers
