Technology Question - Submission Management

I am looking for the right application submission system for our agency. We are a wholesaler with an exclusive product.
- Dashboard for us and our brokers to see all the submissions/endorsements
- Create specific set of questions for 3 application. GL, Premise only, and Property
- Ability to provide rates on quotes (I have the rates)
- Surplus lines Tax calculations
