dealership program

I currently own my own agency and I deal with multiple dealerships. I am looking for a insurance company that offers the dealers a temporary proof of coverage and something that will give me leads into issuing a policy in the future. Is there any companies that offer that sort of program for dealerships anywhere from 7 to 30 day policies.
